The scope of the Music Appreciation category has been broadened and with it the scope of the articles that I hope to write. Help me out! Tell me what you want to see!

The Music Appreciation category has been expanded to include such topics as composer bios and the myriad of diverse topics that could be grouped under music education. If you have any requests or suggestions for articles that you would like me to write please add them to the discussion of this article or send me an email!

I think it would be interesting to learn more about the history of the blues; how this truly American musical art forms has its roots in the antebellum South, and perhaps even earlier. Thanks!

Suite 101 already has a <a href="http://bluessoulmusic.suite101.com/">Blues/Soul Category</a>, so I would hate to intrude on Ryan's domain too much, but I can definately expand my focus a bit to include a few historical articles about that period. Thanks for the suggestion and I will try to work on it for future articles.
